CYZ自(zi)吸泵屬(shu)自吸(xi)式離(li)心(xin)泵系列(lie)。具有結構(gou)簡單(dan)、操作(zuo)維護(hu)方便(bian)、運行平穩(wen)、排量大、效(xiao)率高(gao)、便于(yu)調節,有較強的(de)自吸(xi)能力,适用(yong)範圍廣(guang)等(deng)特點。
●用途(tu):
CYZ自吸(xi)泵用來輸送汽油、柴(chai)油、等(deng)石油(you)産品。介質溫度(du)在-20℃~+80℃,是(shi)一種優良的船(chuan)用裝卸油泵,可(ke)兼作掃艙(cang)水泵(beng)。并适用于陸地(di)油庫、油(you)罐(guan)車等(deng)儲油(you)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的油(you)料輸送。也(ye)可以(yi)用來(lai)輸(shu)送(song)海水(shui)、淡水(shui)等。
●結(jie)構型(xing)式:
CYZ自(zi)吸泵采用軸同(tong)回液的泵(beng)體結(jie)構,泵(beng)體由吸入(ru)室、儲(chu)液室(shi)、渦旋室(shi)、回(hui)液孔、氣液(ye)分離室等(deng)組成(cheng)。泵的(de)軸承(cheng)采用(yong)單列(lie)向心(xin)球軸(zhou)承。在(zai)一些泵(beng)的(de)軸承(cheng)體底部設有冷(leng)卻室(shi)。泵(beng)内部高(gao)、低壓區(qu)間有密(mi)封環。軸端(duan)采用機械(xie)密(mi)封(feng)。
●結構型式(shi):
CYZ自(zi)吸泵采(cai)用軸同回液的(de)泵體(ti)結(jie)構(gou),泵體(ti)由吸入室(shi)、儲液室、渦(wo)旋室、回液(ye)孔、氣(qi)液分(fen)離室等組(zu)成。泵(beng)的軸(zhou)承采用單(dan)列向(xiang)心球(qiu)軸承(cheng)。在一(yi)些泵(beng)的軸(zhou)承體(ti)底部(bu)設有冷卻(que)室。泵(beng)内部高、低(di)壓區(qu)間(jian)有(you)密封(feng)環。軸端(duan)采用機械密封。
自(zi)吸油(you)泵的(de)基本(ben)構造(zao)是由(you)六部(bu)分組成的分别是葉(ye)輪,泵體,泵(beng)軸,軸承,密封環,填料(liao)函(han)。
1、葉(ye)輪是自吸(xi)離心(xin)泵的(de)核心部分(fen),它轉速高(gao)出力(li)大,葉(ye)輪(lun)上(shang)的葉(ye) 片又起到(dao)主要(yao)作用,葉輪在裝(zhuang)配前要通(tong)過靜(jing)平衡實驗(yan)。葉輪(lun)上的(de)内外表面(mian)要求(qiu)光(guang)滑,以減(jian)少水流(liu)的(de)摩擦(ca)損失(shi)。
2、泵體(ti)也稱泵殼(ke),它是水泵(beng)的主體。起(qi)到支撐固(gu)定 作(zuo)用,并(bing)與(yu)安裝軸(zhou)承的托(tuo)架相連(lian)接。
3、泵(beng)軸的作(zuo)用(yong)是借聯軸(zhou)器和(he)電動(dong)機相連接(jie),将電(dian)動機的轉距傳(chuan)給葉輪(lun),所(suo)以它(ta)是傳(chuan)遞機(ji)械能(neng)的主(zhu)要(yao)部(bu)件。
