●3G三(san)螺(luo)杆泵工作原理(li):

　　3G型三(san)螺杆泵是轉子(zi)型容積(ji)泵，适于(yu)輸送(song)各種不含(han)固體(ti)顆(ke)粒，無腐(fu)蝕性油類(lei)及類似油的潤(run)滑性(xing)液體、輸送(song)液體(ti)粘度(du)2~760mm2/s，溫(wen)度(du)不超(chao)過80℃,超過80℃可(ke)用高(gao)溫泵(beng)3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

●3G三(san)螺杆泵輸送各種油(you)類時(shi)應注(zhu)意事項：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸(shu)送40~150mm2/s的油類(lei)最合适，允(yun)許按(an)泵的(de)最高(gao)工作(zuo)壓力(li)使(shi)用(yong)。2、輸送(song)40mm2/s以下的油類，為(wei)保證(zheng)泵(beng)的(de)流量及壽(shou)命應降壓(ya)使用(yong)。3、輸送(song)150mm2/s以上的油(you)類(lei)，且進油(you)管道(dao)過(guo)長，彎頭過多(duo)，泵工(gong)作時(shi)如産生(sheng)噪音或(huo)振動(dong)現象，則應(ying)考慮更(geng)換低一級轉(zhuan)速(su)的電機(ji)運轉或(huo)縮(suo)短吸(xi)入管道，減少彎(wan)頭。1, delivery was 40 ~ 150 / s best oils, permitted to use according to the maximum working pressure of pump.2, transmission oil, under 40 was/s in order to ensure the pump flow and life should be used antihypertensive.3, transmission of more than 150 was/s oils, and the oil inlet pipe is too long, too much bend, such as noise or vibration phenomenon when the pump work, should consider to replace the low level of rotational speed of motor operation or shorten the suction pipe, reducing elbow.

   1、安裝(zhuang)前應(ying)檢查(cha)泵的(de)油封是否良好(hao)，并檢查(cha)泵(beng)在運輸中是(shi)否損壞(huai)，可用(yong)手(shou)轉動聯軸器(qi)是否(fou)有卡(ka)勁現象，如有則應拆(chai)泵進(jin)行清(qing)洗，修(xiu)理(li)和校正(zheng)。1, before installation should check whether the oil seal of the pump is good, and check the pump is damaged in transportation, turn the coupling usable hand card trouble phenomenon, if there is any should tear open pump for cleaning, repair and calibration.

2、安裝泵的(de)進油(you)和排油(you)管(guan)道時(shi)，其管(guan)徑不(bu)得小(xiao)于泵(beng)的進(jin)油和出油(you)口(kou)口(kou)徑，進(jin)油管(guan)道不(bu)得過(guo)長，彎頭(tou)不(bu)得過(guo)多，否則将影響(xiang)泵的(de)工作狀态(tai)。
